Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we instantly process your order to ensure the quickest delivery possible.

However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and if it has not been picked up yet, we are usually able to cancel it for you.

If it’s no longer possible to cancel or change the order please return your purchase to us in the original state. We will get in touch with you for your preferred solution with regards to the refund.

What is the current status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will then start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
